Bio

Tina graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration.  After graduating, she began her career working in operations and supply chain as a Supply Chain Coordinator for an industrial scaffolding company that supports the O&G sector.  Throughout her career, she always felt the urge for a more meaningful career path.

After volunteering with a number of on campus clubs and associations, she kept up her volunteering through her working career.  She began volunteering as a math tutor for adult learners, and eventually moved to delivery groceries for elderly community members to provide nutritious and  healthy food.  Through her career progression, she felt that the idea of a meaningful and fulfilling career path are not mutually exclusive.  She began working on business process improvement projects, as a way to have a direct impact on companies bottom lines, as well as the lives of the front line workers.  Tina now wants to take her operations experience, and her passion to help impact the lives of those around her, to take companies who want to drive meaningful change to the next stage of their evolution.

During her spare time, Tina enjoys staying active through co-ed volleyball teams, and regular exercise.  She also enjoys being immersed in music, whether that be going to the orchestra, picking up a musical instrument, joining a choir, or going for dance classes.
