Bio
Ciku Bubi graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. During her undergrad, she was deeply involved with McGill’s SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) Student Hub as a committee member. She was also involved in DABI, Desautels African Business Initiative serving as their Director of Logistics where they connected global leaders of African origin to the university for networking opportunities and events.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Ciku began working in deal advisory, supporting investors and consulting clients on growth strategy, market assessments, and supply chain projects. She progressed quickly within her organization, earning two promotions in two years and currently managing a team of five associates. Her work has exposed her to the challenges organizations face in balancing business objectives with long-term environmental and social considerations, strengthening her interest in sustainable business practices.
Having grown up in Kenya and now living in Montreal, Ciku loves travelling and exploring different cultures, particularly across Africa. She is an avid Formula 1 fan and a proud supporter of the Montreal Canadiens.
