Tanvi Patel is a recent Bachelor of Science graduate from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Environmental Science with a strong foundation in sustainability research, geochemical analysis, and climate adaptation strategies. With hands-on experience in SPSS, PhreeqC, and stakeholder engagement, she has contributed to interdisciplinary projects such as urban heat island mitigation and wetland restoration through her iCapstone and Applied Wetland Science coursework.
Tanvi has demonstrated leadership through roles such as Kumon tutor and Program Coordinator for Yoga of Immortals, and gained international research experience through the Global Skills Opportunity Program in Italy, where she conducted fieldwork on the Tiber River and Venice’s coastal sustainability. She has also volunteered in hospital and academic mentorship settings, emphasizing her commitment to community support and communication.
