Bio
Erica Zhou graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics. She is interested in the intersection of sustainability, data analytics, and business strategy, with a particular focus on how organizations can use data-driven decision-making to advance ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Professionally, Erica has worked in program and data management within the market research industry as an Associate Program Manager at Advantage Group International. Her experience includes managing cross-functional projects, analyzing survey and performance data, and supporting clients through insight-driven decision-making. Her growing interest in sustainable business practices led her to pursue the MScSM program, where she aims to bridge quantitative analysis with real-world sustainability challenges.
Outside of academics and work, Erica is an enthusiastic lifelong learner who enjoys challenging herself to acquire new skills and knowledge. She has been self-teaching guitar for the past three years and finds great satisfaction in the process of continuous improvement. In her free time, she enjoys walking and cycling, which allow her to stay active while exploring new places and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
