Women's Only Programming at UTM

The Department of Recreation, Athletics and Wellness strives to create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, atmosphere for all students and members in all our facilities. Women's only programs reflect the mission of the Department and its commitment to the provision of opportunity.

Our women’s only fitness and sport programs are designed to encourage women of all abilities to access our facilities and programs. Whether you’re just learning a sport or looking to join a group fitness class, our women’s-only programs provide a comfortable, safe and inclusive atmosphere to empower our UTM women (women includes all cis and trans individuals who identify as a woman).


Interested in our Women's Only programs? We are currently offering: 

  • women high-fiving each other
  • Women playing basketball

Please note: Our women’s-only hours and programs are open to all female-identifying participants and staffed by women. Our women's only facilities are private and safe from public viewing.
