Our Women's Only Aquatic Programs are targeted, needs-based programming designed to ensure equitable participation in physical wellness activities. These programs are led by female-identifying staff who strive to understand and empower our female students on their health and wellness journey. 

Visually Isolated: Window and door coverings are put in place during Women's Only hours to provide a priiavet and supportive environment.

Women's Only Fitness Swim 

Mondays: 6:00 PM - 9:45 PM

Fridays: 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM

Drop-in lane swimming is available in our pool.

The pool set up may vary based on other programming and will include 25m lengths as well as 18m widths.

Women’s Only Learn to Swim

Fridays: 10:00 AM - 11:50 AM
 
Learn to Swim is an introductory program designed to focus on water safety and building your confidence in an aquatic environment - all skill levels are welcome! Our aquatic instructors will meet you at your current swimming level and work with you to develop and enhance your skills. Whether you’re conquering floats and glides or beginning to learn your strokes, come by, say hi, and let us help you meet your swimming goals!
 

 Swimming Lessons ($)

Adult 1A

Barbells are one of the most essential pieces of equipment in the gym. They can help you lose weight, reduce body fat, increase strength, and build muscle. Knowing how intimidating they can be, our trainers will provide you with a supportive space to get comfortable using barbells and teach you the proper form for the squat, deadlift, bench press and row. This is a technique-oriented class.
