We are so glad you're here! As you start this new semester, make sure to visit the Recreation, Athletics & Wellness Centre ("RAWC"), your one-stop-shop for movement and physical activity on-campus.
We offer programs such as yoga and mindfulness to relieve stress, group fitness and personal training sessions to help you develop and reach personal fitness goals, as well as sport opportunities for all skill levels to get active.
We want to be a part of your experience here at UTM so please visit our Welcome Desk in person at the RAWC or explore our website to see which programs encourage you to move your way to wellness, with us.
The Fall schedule includes a range of aquatic programs, including adult swim lessons, group aquafitness classes, Sunday family fun swim, Women’s only hours, Children’s swim lessons, introduction to swim training for students, staff and faculty, and the UTM masters swim program for advance swimmers.

Registration is now OPEN to all UTM students who have paid their incidental fees. to register your team for.
