H2O Bootcamp is a 40 minute high-intensity, low-impact water fitness class using pool resistance (noodles, dumbbells, tubes) for full-body workouts, focusing on strength, cardio, core, and agility through interval training, sprints, and power drills, suitable for all fitness levels, often requiring no swimming skills but comfort in water, offering joint relief while building stamina and toning muscles.

Mindfulness Classes
Meditation & Movement
Join us for a guided meditation paired with a physical practice to help us move our bodies into wellness including stretching, yoga, Pilates, and walking.
Mindfulness is about being present and in the moment. No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required -- everyone is welcome, students, staff, and faculty! Offered on a weekly basis from 1:30PM - 2:00 PM in The Hub DV2207.
Pilates
Achieve a balanced and toned body with the ultimate core fitness workout! Incorporate Pilate’s postures with traditional core exercises to help improve posture, strength, and range of motion. Rejuvenate your workout with a focus on your breathing and find those deep core muscles in the abdomen and that surround the spine. All fitness levels welcome.
Yogilates
Yogilates blends the movements and postures of yoga with the core-focused exercises of Pilates, incorporating strength, flexibility, and relaxation techniques into one 45-minute class. All fitness levels welcome.
Low-Sensory Hatha Yoga
Our Low Sensory Hatha Yoga program accommodates and welcomes all fitness levels and abilities. This sensory friendly class environment offers dim lighting and low- volume music to reduce sensory stimuli . Through mindful breathwork and gentle movement, participants will build strength, flexibility, and inner calm at their own pace. This class offers modified poses and supportive techniques to ensure comfort and accessibility.
Pilates & Barre
This class incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. You can expect an effective full-body workout every class and to have fun while you're doing it.
Beginner Reformer & Chair Pilates (Registered)
This 3-week complimentary registered program is designed specifically for beginners as an introduction to Pilates including the Reformer and Pilates Chair in a supportive, small-group setting. This circuit-style class blends strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility with accessible modifications for all levels. Feel stronger, more aligned, and energized—no experience needed! Soul Sweat is an energizing strength training class created for individuals in the Black and Caribbean communities. This empowering workout is tailored to the unique needs of Black and Caribbean students, offering a safe and inclusive space to come together, work out with friends, and prioritize health and well-being. Participants will explore various ways to move their bodies, building strength, endurance, and resilience—all while having fun. RAWC WOD

Women on Weights! (WOW)
A class that caters to women's needs and wants! Providing a safe space to get energized while building up strength and muscle. Push yourself and raise your limits with our women focused circuit training using a mix of cardio and weights. An inclusive, fun, and supportive environment that will teach you effective exercises and challenge you to reach your goals.
Women's Only Cardio HIIT
A 45-minute-high intensity interval training class for all fitness levels. Use a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment such as Ski Ergs, Rowers, Curve Treadmills, weights and more to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Women's Only TRX Fusion
This class will give you the opportunity to get fit using unique equipment such as TRX suspension systems, Equalizer bars, kettle bells and more. You’ll get a good sweat while learning new skills, building strength, and endurance. All fitness levels welcome.
Women's Only: Kickbox
Learn the foundational movements of kickboxing in this fun and energizing class! This class combines kickboxing and bodyweight exercises to improve endurance, strength and conditioning. Target your arms and core in this full body workout.
Women's Only: Hypertrophy 101
Our hypertrophy class is designed to build muscle size. This tailored program will combine an educational piece and a targeted workout where you will learn how to efficiently build body mass and build confidence in your body's capabilities. We will focus on proper form, technique, and tempo of specific exercises and muscle groups to safely help you get to your fitness goals. Embrace the challenge, push your limits, and see results, as you sculpt a stronger, more powerful you! The class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Have you hit a plateau or feel like you’re not getting any stronger? Our expert trainers will guide you through the steps to achieve your strength goals with a dynamic and strength targeted workouts. We will use a variety of exercises and state of the art equipment in our Strength and Conditioning Center. Challenge yourself in a supportive and motivating environment and achieve your fitness goals with our invigorating strength class. No matter your fitness level, this is a perfect class to learn the proper technique, fine tune your strength training program, or take it to the next level as an experienced lifter
