Are you ready to move, UTM?
Drop in and participate in a wide range of physical activity and movement sessions at our 3rd annual Drop In & Move: RAWC Open House! Open to all UTM students, staff, and faculty. Explore everything the RAWC has to offer, earn swag, and enter prize draws — no registration required.

- Open to: UTM students, staff, faculty, and librarians
- Participant fee: Free
Event Instructions:
Pick up an Event Passport at any of the five zones:
- Complete 1 activity → get a UTM Moves Swag Bag
- Complete 2 activities → enter to win additional prizes like Beats Studio Buds + True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds (x1), Stanley mugs (x2), RAWC duffle bags (x3), locker packages (x3), RAWC personal trainer packages (x2) and more
- Fill out the Event Evaluation Survey → enter a bonus draw for a Beats Pill — Wireless Bluetooth® Speaker (x1)
Rules & Eligibility:
- This activity is open to all UTM students, staff, faculty, and librarians – regardless of fitness or experience level.
- Passports are subject to verification. Incomplete submissions or surveys will not qualify for prize entry.
- Prize winners will be announced in October. Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded through a rannom draw for eligible participants who meet the specified criteria.
How to Prepare:
- Register to express your interest, and to receive the latest news & updates about the event.
- Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and supportive, closed-toe shoes.
- Bring swim attire if you would like to participate in aquatic activities.
- Bring a lock if you would like to store any belongings in our locker rooms (towel service is complimentary for all students).
- Bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Apply sunscreen and/or bug spray if needed for outdoor activities.

Event Weather Policy:
This event includes an outdoor component, which may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of rain, snow, or other inclement weather that could impact safety or comfort, the event may be modified, delayed, or cancelled. Any weather-related updates will be shared by email and posted on Instagram (@utm_athletics) at least one hour before the scheduled start time. We encourage participants to check for updates before arriving and to dress appropriately for the weather.
