Boxing 101: Fundamentals

 

Boxing 101: Fundamental for all levels ($)

This is an introductory program designed for participants who are new to boxing and want to build a strong foundation in technique, conditioning, and confidence. This class focuses on teaching the fundamental skills of boxing in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Participants will learn proper stance, footwork, punching mechanics, defensive movements, and basic combinations while improving overall fitness, coordination, and body awareness.

What to Expect

  • Week 1: Stance, footwork, jab, and cross
  • Week 2: Hooks and uppercuts
  • Week 3: Blocking and parrying
  • Week 4: Slipping and rolling

Muscle Building 101

Muscle Building 101: Foundation

Ever felt intimidated by the weight room or unsure if your form is correct? This specialized program is designed for individuals looking to build a sustainable foundation in strength and muscle growth. Led by our expert, participants will focus on mastering compound movements (Squat, Bench, and Deadlift) while following a structured progression model. Whether your goal is to "tone up," build muscle, or just improve your daily life, we’ll show you exactly how to get there. 

The program includes: 

  • Start & End Progress Checks: Utilizing the InBody 270 for body composition analysis to see exactly how your body is changing (muscle gained vs. fat lost) 
  • Step-by-Step Coaching: Two weekly sessions focused on safety, proper technique, and gradual progress. 
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Custom exercise sheets provided for supplemental training or missed sessions. 
  • Data-Driven Results: Track your strength gains and muscle mass improvements in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Pilates Reformer Circuit

 

Pilates Reformer Circuit ($)

Elevate your Pilates practice with our dynamic Pilates Circuit class! This energizing, full-body workout moves you through a series of stations using a variety of specialized equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Arc Barrel, Mat, and small props like Pilates rings and toning balls. 

Each station targets different muscle groups, blending strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for a complete workout. The circuit format keeps things fresh and engaging, while the small group setting ensures personalized attention and proper form. 

Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, aligned, and revitalized! This class offers modified exercises and supportive techniques to ensure comfort and accessibility
