From smoothie bars & sandwiches to paninis, pastas, grilled delights & fresh-made pizzas, you'll surely find something you love. Looking from something fun? Our POP-UP station is where our Chefs go above & beyond bringing unique culinary experiences to life. From ramen bowls to steak & lobster, this is where you'll find our most creative culinary delights. Our Bodega grab 'n go fridge offers snacks & packaged to-go products including Ah-So Sushi, certified Kosher sandwiches, salads, & more. 

Colman Commons is a home-away-from-home with a warm & comfortable dining room where you may stay and eat, study, hang out, or anything in between. Open to anyone on campus!

From Romano-style pizzas and Neapolitan panuozzo’s to refreshing Italian sodas from our customizable Italian Soda Bar, your palette will be dancing with flavours from abroad. You'll also find our Chef-created soups made daily from scratch utilizing local ingredients, house-made kettle chips, baked-fresh-daily baked goods, a Bodega grab 'n go fridge with certified Kosher items, Ah-So Sushi, & more... the options are extensive! Whether you're looking for a beverage & treat from Tim Horton's Express, or snacks to help you tackle your next class, lab, or tutorial, this location packs a punch. You'll also find pizza from the campus-favourite pizza brand 'Fresh Baked Out of the Oven' as well as Bodega grab 'n go items - perfect for a study break or to enjoy on the go. Our story begins in 1971 along the cobblestone streets of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. It was here where Starbucks opened its first store, offering fresh-roasted coffee beans, tea and spices from around the world for our customers to take home. Our name was inspired by the classic tale, “Moby-Dick,” evoking the seafaring tradition of the early coffee traders.
