Undergraduate Student Groups

All SOP (UTM Student Organization Portal) -recognized students groups are able to:

• Book a meeting space
• Request a table
• Make a catering order (& get 30% off!*)

Visit the Student Group Resources website to learn how to go about booking what you need. Please note that each SOP-recognized student group has a designated Special Event Coordinator. 

If you are going to be booking a space for an event, be sure to check ORBs to ensure the space is available prior to your request.

Graduate Student Groups

All UTMAGS -recognized Grad Student groups are able to:

• Book a meeting space
• Request a table
• Make a catering order (& get 30% off!*)

To learn more about the UTMAGS process or to begin the review / approval process, please visit their webpage.

UTMAGS reviews the list of groups each year and confirms the list Conference & Event Services, so you are not required to request formal recognition each year.
