What to do if you lose your TCard
- Login into eAccounts
- Click on Settings (the 'gear' in the corner of the page)
- Make sure all 3 credentials are clicked from Green to Orange
- Logout of eAccounts
Please note: once you log out you will not be able to reactivate your credentials
- Contact Hospitality & Ancillary Services when you have either:
- Found your old TCard
- Gotten an new TCard
- The Hospitality & Ancillary Services team will notify you by the next business day when your TCard credentials have been reactivated
Please note: A Student with a Student Meal Plan will be responsible for all purchases made until their Student Meal Plan is suspended
