Pilates Reformer Circuit ($)
Elevate your Pilates practice with our dynamic Pilates Circuit class! This energizing, full-body workout moves you through a series of stations using a variety of specialized equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Arc Barrel, Mat, and small props like Pilates rings and toning balls.
Each station targets different muscle groups, blending strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for a complete workout. The circuit format keeps things fresh and engaging, while the small group setting ensures personalized attention and proper form.
