PILATES

 

Pilates Bootcamp ($)

This 8-week program takes place in the Fitness Studio (FS) and offers a small-group setting with a maximum of 8 participants. Join for $130 (students) or $160 (non-student RAWC members) and enjoy focused training in a supportive environment.


Elevate your Pilates practice with our dynamic Pilates Circuit class! This energizing, full-body workout moves you through a series of stations using a variety of specialized equipment including the Reformer, Chair, Arc Barrel, Mat, and small props like Pilates rings and toning balls. Each station targets different muscle groups, blending strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for a complete workout. The circuit format keeps things fresh and engaging, while the small group setting ensures personalized attention and proper form. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, aligned, and revitalized! This class offers modified exercises and supportive techniques to ensure comfort and accessibility

WEIGHTLIFTING

 

Beginner Weightlifting Classes

Looking to build strength, boost confidence, and learn the fundamentals of lifting? Our beginner weightlifting classes are the perfect way to get started! Train in a supportive and social environment, connect with the UTM community, and master proper form while working toward your fitness goals—together!


All classes will take place in the Strength & Conditioning Centre (SCC), where participants will have access to top-quality equipment and coaching in a focused training environment.


This 8-week program is designed specifically for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting - the snatch and the clean - in a safe, progressive, and structured environment. Whether you're an athlete or general gym goer, this program will develop your technique and strength base to help you lift safely and effectively.

BOXING

 

Intermediate Boxing

Ready to take your boxing to the next level? Our Intermediate Boxing class builds upon your foundational knowledge, intensifying both the physical and technical demands. This class is for those comfortable with basic punches and footwork who are eager to expand their repertoire. We'll delve into engaging offensive and defensive sequences, integrating slips, rolls, and agile movement.


All classes will take place in the Dance Studio (DS), providing participants with a spacious and energetic environment designed for movement and technique. With a capacity of 16 people, each session ensures a supportive atmosphere where everyone can train effectively and get the most out of their experience.


 Prepare for higher-intensity workouts, dynamic partner drills, and focused pad work to increase your power and endurance. This class is perfect for individuals looking to apply their boxing skills learned in Beginner Boxing in a more challenging environment! Bringing your own equipment is highly recommended.
