Zoryana's ultimate goal is to assist her clients in not only achieving their immediate physical goals, but also striving for the ultimate life-lasting goal of health and wellness. She designs individualized training programs based on her clients' goals and preferred style of training. Nutrition and well-being is always included as part of her holistic style of training sessions.  Zoryana's expertise includes training programs for weight management, muscle toning, muscle building and increasing flexibility as well as enhancing endurance. Zoryana strives to incorporate knowledge from her human biology degree to make training an enjoyable, insightful and worthwhile journey.
