UTM Club Access Fund

Club Access BannerThe Club Access Fund is available for students who are running a program or event on campus that may include a fee from a campus department, including I&ITS, Conference Services, Food Services, or space bookings. While the fee may prohibit some groups from running events on campus, the fund is a way to help subsidize the cost to encourage more campus events.

Why Apply?

The UTM Club Access Fund is an excellent opportunity to book an event space on campus, and receive available funds to subsidze the cost of on-campus bookings.

 

Who Can Apply?

  1. Ulife Recognized
  2. Active on the University of Toronto Mississauga campus
  3. Planning an event/project that requires a fee paid to the I&ITS, Conference Services, Food Services, or any another on-campus department.

To Apply:

1. Complete this form with the required information.

2. Wait for an email from the Centre for Student Engagement with details about the status of your application.

3. If approved, you will be asked to visit the Centre for Student Engagement to pick-up the cheque.

4. A Funding Reflection form must be completed no later than 14 days after your event/project, along with original receipts.
