Learning Goals
Learning Goal 1:
Self-Awareness
Self-discovery is an important piece of self-awareness that empowers students to define their identities, strengthen their sense of self, and connect their co-curricular and academic experiences. Through their journey of discovery, students will encounter opportunities and challenges to cultivate resiliency and self-advocacy.
Learning Goal 2:
Leadership
Leadership is inclusive and collaborative. Students will be able to reflect on their identity and their impact on others as they recognize themselves as leaders within our communities and beyond. As students learn about their own values, strengths, and purpose, they will explore their leadership style and adapt their leadership approach when attending to process, goals, and outcomes with their team.

Community Engagement
Forging meaningful connections within our community is an important part of the student journey. By co-creating and engaging with the community, students are empowered to actively contribute to positive change – both on and off campus. Community connections will be rooted in co-construction, reciprocity, and ethical engagement.
