Winter Welcome on January 5th, 2023 From 10 am - 3 pm
Welcome to UTM and congratulations on starting this new adventure!
We are so excited to welcome first-year students to our beautiful campus with our Winter Welcome program! Join us for exciting events as we usher in the winter term.
Events include
- An International Student Welcome and Information Session (January 5th from 10 am - 11 am)
- Your Guide to UTM: where upper-year students will help you get to know campus and the supports available to you (January 5th from 11 am - 12 pm)
- A panel session with the UTM Library, Office of the Registrar and the Centre for Student Engagement to learn more about the resources available on campus such as various academic resources, physical and mental health resources, and involvement opportunities (January 5th from 12 pm - 2 pm)
- A Campus Hunt where you can discover campus activities and departments, and the hidden gems (January 5th from 2 pm - 3 pm)
- Join for a chance to win various UTM Merch, and much more!
- Refreshments will be served!

Winter Welcome: Welcome Packages on January 9th, 2023 from 11 am - 3 pm
CSE will be distributing Welcome Packages to all first-year students in the CCT Atrium! Be sure to stop by and pick up your welcome gift!
Gifts will be distributed on a first come first serve bases, while quantities last.
