There are two payment schedules to follow as the new academic session approaches:
- Registration deadline (before classes begin)
- Payment deadlines to minimize or avoid service charges (after classes begin)
After you have selected at least one course, your next step is to make a minimum payment or defer your fees using your government student loan or scholarship. You must complete this step by the deadline below in order to complete your registration and avoid being removed from courses.

Service Charges
Once classes begin, your outstanding fees are subject to a monthly service charge fee at a rate of 1.5% compounded (19.56% per annum) until it is paid in full. Follow the appropriate schedule below to help you reduce your monthly service charge fees, or to avoid them altogether.

Avoid service charges by paying your fees in full or minimize service charges by making monthly payments.

If you make changes to your course load, or get into a requested/interim/waitlisted course, your invoice will update accordingly. Check your invoice for updates and make your payments on time.

Drop courses by the refund deadline, if applicable.
