Using your JOINid or UTORid to log in, AskRegistrar will grant you access to a ticket system to submit your inquiries, forms, and book an appointment with our team.

- Registrarial Services Representatives are knowledgeable about all aspects of the office. They are often your first point of support with registration, enrolment, and other general services and requests. They can help you with:
- RESPs; custom confirmation of enrolment letters

- Academic Advisors offer specialized academic support (course/program/academic planning). They can help you with:
- course and program planning
- 1-on-1 support during the academic term
- understanding how academic policies apply to you
- and more!
- Financial Aid Advisors are specialists in matters related to your student loan, grants, scholarships, and matters related to financing your education. They can help you with:
- your OSAP loan and responsibilities
- U of T financial aid opportunities
- support if you're facing financial difficulties
- and more!
One-on-One Appointments
- You can book an appointment by logging in to AskRegistrar. We offer online and in-person appointments through MS Bookings so you can choose a date and time that works best for you.
