Managing Your Courses

As the term progresses, you will develop a sense of how you are doing in the course, whether your elective will turn into your program of study, and when it's time to ask for help.

One of the most important skills that you will gain during your undergraduate experience is help-seeking behaviours - in other words, becoming aware of your circumstances, seeking out support when you need help, learning about the resources that are available to you, and connecting with others to strengthen your sense of belonging. You belong here, and our community is designed to support all aspects of who you are.

In this section, we'll cover a few university policies that are available to help you manage your CGPA and courses, including how to drop a course, Credit/No Credit, Second Attempt for Credit, and how why declaring temporary absence on ACORN can play an important role in your request for an accommodation.
