Group Fitness

Group Fitness is FREE for current student members and is included in any of our community memberships. Get motivated by our dynamic fitness instructors, relieve some pent-up energy, and learn some new fitness ideas. 

Classes are first-come, first-served with no signup required. Secure your spot and get the best experience by arriving a few minutes before class.

The group fitness schedule is updated in real time. Please check during exam/study or holiday periods for any changes to the schedule. Classes may be moved, cancelled, or have time changes during these periods.

Cardio Classes

Cardio Sculpt

Lift, squeeze and sculpt with combinations of exciting cardio routines and dynamic exercises for an intense and challenging workout. Boost your cardiovascular and muscular fitness in a more traditional fitness class setting and give yourself a full body workout in 50 minutes. 

Barre Boot Camp

The ultimate barre fitness workout, this class guides participants through a full body, low impact workout using traditional ballet barre-inspired exercises. Barre Boot Camp blends fitness training, core conditioning, dance, yoga, and Pilates into one dynamic, full-hour class. No dance experience required.

Cycle-Core Fusion 

Cycle-core combines a high-energy, indoor cycling segment with a fun and challenging core training routine. This class puts your cardiorespiratory fitness to the test while building a strong foundation in your core, helping improve your posture and stability. 

Indoor Cycling (WO)

Increase your cardio and strength with our indoor cycling class. Get the heart pumping with a series of sprints, hills and drills to build endurance, burn calories, and relieve stress. This multi-level class will motivate you through music and moves that allow you to set the intensity of your workout and cruise at your own pace. 

Step & Sculpt

Join us for our easy-to-follow step routines and total body conditioning exercises to tone your way to a stronger, healthier body. Our classes offer the challenge of cardio intervals on and off our Reebok steps alternating with resistance training exercises using body weight, tubing, weights, stability balls and gliders. 

Zumba (WO)

Zumba blends contagious world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography.  Come join the party and find your rhythmic groove!  No dance experience needed.

Aqua Zumba

Is a low impact, high-energy aquatic exercise in the pool, that blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance for one pool party you shouldn't miss!  Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout that is "fun and easy to do.”



Strength Classes

Boot Camp (WO/X)

A high-intensity class that incorporates plyometrics, strength, and interval training. Build your cardiovascular and muscular endurance using various types of equipment and body weight movements. Challenge yourself and get ready for a top to bottom workout. 

Body Sculpt

Strengthen, tone, and give yourself a full body workout during this weight training class. Body Sculpt will help you build lean muscle while increasing your energy and metabolism. Join us for this beginner-friendly introduction to weight training using dumbbells, bodybars, stability balls, and resistance bands.

Mind & Body Classes

Cycle-Yoga Fusion

You will be working hard in the saddle on our Schwinn computerized indoor cycling bikes then flowing through yoga poses and sun salutations to re-energize your day. This class is an effective cross-training opportunity that combines cardio with mobility work in one 50-minute class; 25 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 25 minutes yoga. Feel free to join either session.


Achieve a balanced and toned body with the ultimate core fitness workout! Incorporate Pilate’s postures with traditional core exercises to help improve posture, strength, and range of motion. Rejuvenate your workout with a focus on your breathing and find those deep core muscles in the abdomen that surround the spine.

Tai Chi 8

This class offers a soft-style martial arts, meditation and graceful form of flowing movement focusing on 8 movements of the Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form. If you’re looking to improve your balance and stability, flexibility, strength and mindfulness, this class if for you!


Yogilates blends the movements and postures of yoga with the core-focused exercises of Pilates. It is a modern form of fitness instruction incorporating strength, flexibility, and relaxation techniques into one 50-minute class.

Hatha Yoga

Relax your mind and tone your body. Building strength, flexibility and body awareness, this progressive class will teach you the basic yoga postures and relaxation exercises.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, passive stretch that allows a balance between mind, body and breath including guided breathing and relaxation. Postures are held up to 10 minutes each, allowing a deeper level of relaxation and flexibility. Leave feeling relaxed focused and rejuvenated.

Power Yoga

A workout that offers strength, flexibility and mental focus (based on Ashtanga/Vinyasa style yoga). Pump up your heart by moving through active and passive postures in a fluid and faster pace than traditional Hatha style yoga. Sequencing and class pace varies by instructor.
