Drop-in Fitness & Recreation

From yoga, bootcamp, and aikido, we offer a wide selection of fitness and recreational classes aimed to meet your health and wellness needs! We encourage you to ask questions, get to know our instructors and attend a variety of classes to find out what works best for you.

The Drop-in Fitness & Recreation classes are available to current students and community members at no additional cost. Classes are first-come, first-served, with no registration required. We encourage participants to arrive a few minutes before class to get the best experience.
