Beginning first with a 30-minute #MoveUTM Consult, Our trainers will help you Define your Goals, Optimize your Space and Explore our Virtual Summer Programming to find the right fit for you while training from home.
After the consultation, you can register for 3x30 Personal Training sessions with a UTM Fitness Specialist. Sessions are designed to support you in achieving your fitness goals by developing at home programs tailored specifically for YOU! Our team will coach you via Zoom through each of your exercises so you can perform them safely and effectively, helping you stay motivated and on track. Sessions may include a virtual assessment, movement screening or additional personal consultations.
Our UTM Personal Trainers are certified fitness professionals who help clients exercise effectively and safely to achieve their fitness goals. Get advice on establishing clear, defined goals and receive tailored exercise programs designed specifically for your needs.
We offer complimentary personal training services to get you started, as well as paid ongoing sessions.
