Office of the Registrar (OR)
The Office of the Registrar (OR) offers students both academic and financial aid advising? Need program-specific academic assistance? Have questions about student loans, scholarships, or grants? The Office of the Registrar has both Academic and Financial Aid Advisors ready to help you!

Accessibility Services
The mission of Accessibility Services is to ensure that all students with disabilities can freely and actively participate in all facets of university life; to provide and coordinate services and programs that enable students with disabilities to maximize their educational potential and to increase awareness of inclusive values among all members of the university community.
Students who have a physical, sensory, or learning disability, mental health condition, acquired brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, or chronic health condition can receive services and accommodations with Accessibility Services. Those who have temporary disabilities are also eligible.

Information & Instructional Technological Services (I&ITS)
The Information & Instructional Technological Services (I&ITS) department assists students, faculty, and staff with various IT needs. Support includes UTORid assistance, device set up, TCard services, and so much more!

Conference & Events (Hospitality & Retail Services)

Parking & Transportation Office
Parking on campus is available by purchasing and displaying annual or sessional permits, which are sold through the UTM Parking & Transportation Office. Daily permits are also available for purchase from Pay & Display machines located in parking lots across campus.

Shuttle Bus
The Shuttle Bus operates between UTM and St. George Campuses and between UTM and Sheridan College’s Trafalgar Campus for UTM’s joint programs with Sheridan.
Shuttle service is fare-free for currently registered UTM students with an active T-Card; all other passengers are required to pay a fare. One-way tickets are available for purchase from the ticket vending machine outside of UTM Instructional Centre, the UTM Service Desk in CCT and the UTM Student Centre. Semester passes are also available for purchase from the UTM Service Desk in CCT.

Student Housing & Residence Life (SHRL)
UTM Residence is home to a diverse range of housing styles for students. SHRL are proud to provide a highly supportive, inclusive and enriching living environment for students and their families to meet lifelong friends, succeed academically, and get involved in a supportive global community.

Meal Plans (Hospitality & Retail Services)
Save your money by using your TCard and online tracking to pay for food on campus! Meal Plan is open to both residence and commute students.

UTM Bookstore
Purchase your textbooks, U of T branded merchandise, technology solutions,
and convenience items at the UTM Bookstore. You can also receive student phone plans and software discounts.
The UTM Bookstore is operated by the University of Toronto Press and is not managed by UTM. Should you have any questions, please contact their main line at (905) 828-5272 or visit the UofT Bookstore website. Hours of operations are also available.

The Print Shop (Hospitality & Retail Services)
For printing services, visit the Print Shop located down the hall from the UTM Bookstore. They provide black & white and colour printing and copying, wide-format printing for posters, stationery and business card printing, and finishing services like cutting, folding and binding.

Health & Counselling Centre (HCC)
The Health & Counselling Centre’s team of health professionals offers medical
services similar to that of your family doctor’s office. They also provide short-term, solution-focused counselling and therapy services. They can give you referrals to access community resources when complex and/or long-term care is needed. All services are free and confidential for students.

UTM Early Learning Centre
