We've migrated our previous website services listing to our Service Portal, which may require a login with your UTORid. You'll find extensive Knowledge Base articles for assistance with common requests, like Zoom, Microsoft 365, and software.
We also have AskIT, a virtual agent that can help you with common service requests and check the status of existing ones.
And finally, you can place requests for standard services or create a general ticket for issues you're having, whether it's with your laptop, software, or network connectivity.
