The latest Power Automate updates

Have you ever wished you had an assistant to help process repetitive tasks? Well, now you do. And its name is Microsoft Power Automate.

If you’re not already using Power Automate, this dynamic suite of tools can help you organize and sync files, get notifications, collect data and streamline other repetitive tasks. Because let’s face it — you probably won’t get an assistant, but you probably could use more time to focus on strategy and larger projects. Let’s explore how you can work smarter with the latest Power Automate tools.

Mailbox Archiver

At U of T, shared mailboxes are limited to 50GB, so it’s important to regularly purge and archive items. But auto-archiving for shared mailboxes has never been possible — until now. With the latest update to the Mailbox Archiver flow template, you can automatically archive entire mailbox folders and subfolders with a single flow. And it’s not just for shared mailboxes. Keeping your own mailbox tidy means you’ll be able to find those important communications when you need them. Learn more about Mailbox Archiver

Forms+ Registration Edition

Using the new update to the Forms+ Registration Edition flow template, you no longer have to manually track and merge separate registration lists between Microsoft Forms, SharePoint and Outlook. The template does the work of setting registration caps, sending confirmation emails and tracking registrant information. Plus, there’s an option for automatic waitlist management. Learn more about Forms+ Registration Edition
