Through the CCIT program, you harness the potential of emerging technologies to design and create. In the Digital Enterprise Management program, you anticipate and solve organizational issues by incorporating the most effective technologies. As a Professional Writing and Communication student, you unleash the power of narrative to tell the stories of our times.

Professional Experience

The Professional Experience Certificate in Digital Media, Communication and Technology program provides eligible students the opportunity to integrate two paid work placements into their ICCIT program of study. 


Have Your Writing Published

The Professional Writing department annually publishes two journals--Mindwaves and Compass. These journals contain high-quality non-fiction pieces collected from the UTM community.



Students can participate in the ICCIT Internship Program. Each placement increases knowledge, ethical awareness, professionalism and work portfolio in preparation for graduate school and/or employment.
