Brett Caraway featured on TVO's the Agenda

ICCIT professor Brett Caraway was featured on TVO's The Agenda this month to speak to the challenges facing Canadians crossing the U.S. border.

My understanding is that there's no need for probable cause and there is no need for a warrant. It's up to the discretion of the customs and border protection agent.
