Jessica Silver

Jessica has a Masters of Education in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning from OISE and her Bachelors in Education and English from York University. Prior to working at UTM, Jessica spent time as a Secondary School Teacher with the Toronto District School Board, and was the Department Manager, Programming with Pathways to Education supporting marginalized high school students and their families through academic and personal mentorship programs.

Jessica joined the Centre for Student Engagement and UTM in 2014. Prior to her role as Director, Jessica has supported Orientation and Transition programming and was the acting Student Transition Manager for the Office of Student Transition. Her favourite part of her role is working alongside students, staff and faculty to build programs and courses that support student success at UTM. In her spare time Jessica is an avid foodie, a mom to a toddler and book club aficionado!
