Join us for some fun and engaging games. Find out an array of Remote Wellness Supports curated by the UTM Library.

What’s better than getting a trim, fade, or braid? Come and treat yourself to some barbershop self-care.

Led by Hip Hop Pop Up Barbershop presented by the Hart House X Fynne.com.

Get a personalized, small design of Henna art for your hands. All products are made with lemon juice, eucalyptus oil, water and henna powder.

Drop by and join for a mindfulness practice to learn how to be intentionally present in the moment. Every 15 minutes on the hour. 

Led by the UTM Health & Counselling Centre. 

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm   Chair Yoga

Take a well-deserved break and join us for a brief, modified yoga practice to enhance balance and attention.
