Mindfulness Meditation

Learn to slow down from the busy pace of University and life!

For July and August, in partnership with the RAWC, join us every Monday from 1:10 pm -1:40 pm for a weekly Meditation & Movement practice in the Wellness Den (DV227).

Guided Meditation will be paired with a physical practice to help us move our bodies into wellness including seated yoga and stretching.

Mindfulness is about being present and in the moment.  These free, drop-in classes foster an accepting, non-judgmental environment to learn and practice different forms of mindful meditation.

No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation is required! Everyone is welcome, students, staff, and faculty!

Lower Stress.  Improve Mood.  Feel Better.
