HCC COVID-19 Updates

The Health & Counselling Centre is doing our best to try and continue to provide service for students who need our assistance. For those of you who are already under our care, we will be reviewing your cases and may suggest that your appointment be managed by a phone visit with your clinician in the short term. We are also hoping to have video visit options available in the near future.

We do ask that any non-urgent appointments be rescheduled to a time when the situation for our health care system becomes less acute. We will be able to manage issues like doing counselling, refilling prescriptions and reviewing test results often in visits that do not require you to be in the clinic. We may have some difficulty scheduling certain types of appointments and we ask for your patience as we develop new protocols.

To avoid the potential spread of infection, DO NOT go to the clinic without first calling. This will help our staff do the right things to care for you and for the other people in the clinic at that time.
