PAARC is a community agency that provides services to people who are concerned with their own or someone else’s involvement with alcohol, drugs, gambling, gaming or other behavioural dependencies. They also provide programs and services for those living with mental health challenges. Some of the services and programs offered by PAARC are: counselling; groups; housing support; withdrawal management; drug treatment court; peer support programs; as well as supports for family and friends of those experiencing substance use issues. HCC has partnered with PAARC and is pleased to offer the services of a PAARC counsellor specifically for UTM students.
