Join us for Winter Wellness Week, brought to you by the UTM Wellness Ambassadors: Harm Reduction Team! From March 8 -12, 2021, we will be hosting a series of virtual events and engagement opportunities focusing on health education around caffeine, cannabis, addiction, and self-care. Check out / attend at least 1 activity during the week to be entered into our book draw! Complete the Winter Wellness Week Passport to be eligible to win (5 winners to be selected for 5 book prizes).

Let's Talk UTM Week

Let’s Talk UTM Week aims to bring together students, staff, and faculty in an effort to promote open conversations around mental health. By sharing the stories and lived experiences of members of our community, we hope to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and mental health, and help make UTM a more open and inclusive campus environment. 

This year, Let’s Talk UTM Week will be fully virtual, and will feature:

  • Resiliency during COVID-19 Virtual Photo Exhibit
  • Mental Health Resource Fair
  • Peer-led activities and conversations 
  • and more!

Find out by participating in Nutrition Streak for the Week – a week-long initiative on healthy eating and nutrition taking place from Nov 2 – Nov 6, 2020. Brought to you by the UTM Wellness Ambassadors.

UTM students who participate in the Nutrition Streak for the Week can enter into a draw for $20 UofT Bookstore gift cards! The longer your streak is (the more events you attend/participate in), the more times your name will be entered into the gift card draw, and the more chances you will have to win!

(So Play it Safe) Week! In the spirit of Hallowe’en, the UTM Wellness Ambassadors will be hosting a series of events and activities from Oct 26 - 30, 2020, focusing on tips and tricks on alcohol and drug safety; standard drink sizes; consent; staying safe during the pandemic; and a lot more. Check out / attend at least 1 activity during the week to be entered into a draw for $20 gift cards! A Balancing Act: Managing Your Mental Health and University Life During COVID-19
