Overview:

Join us on Wednesday, Jan 26, 2022 for #LetsTalkUTM Day – UTM’s annual campus mental health event, in support of Bell Let's Talk Day.

Let’s Talk UTM Day aims to bring together students, staff, and faculty in an effort to promote open conversations around mental health. By sharing the stories and lived experiences of members of our community, we hope to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness and mental health, and help make UTM a more open and inclusive campus environment.

This year, Let’s Talk UTM Day will be fully virtual, and will feature:

  • Stories of Resiliency Virtual Photo Exhibit
  • Mental Health Resource Fair
  • Peer-led activities and conversations
  • and more!
