Campus 'Pop-up' Booths 

Our pop-up booths rotate across campus, offering students a chance to drop by, ask general health-related questions, and access free information and wellness resources.

Wellness Den Workshops

We also host weekly drop-in sessions on Fridays from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wellness Den, a cozy wellness space focused on supporting student learning and success.

In partnership with Student Housing and Residence Life (SHRL), we offer:

Workshops & Trainings

Ask the Nurse also offers customized workshops and mental health training for students, staff, or faculty who may be interested. 

Topics include: 

  • coping with stress
  • mental health literacy
  • healthy relationships
  • imposter syndrome
  • managing exam anxiety
  • sleep well to live well
Want to Request a Workshop or Training?
  • We require a minimum of 5 participants
  • Please contact us 4 weeks prior to the desired date
  • Workshops can be tailored for specific groups (e.g., students, staff, peer mentors)
