Learning Outcomes
In this training program, participants will learn how to recognize key indicators that a student may be struggling with a mental health issues.
They will learn how to start a supportive conversation with the student of concern.
Participants will also learn how to make the most appropriate referral to campus and/or community resources.

In this training program, participants will learn about UTM's Health & Counselling Centre. This session will review all the services and resources of the HCC.
This is a great workshop for students, staff and faculty to get to know the HCC!

SHRL x Ask the Nurse
Student Housing and Residence Life (SHRL) in collaboration with the Ask the Nurse team from HCC hosts regular pop-up booths and workshops. The pop-up booths usually take place at Oscar Peterson Hall. The workshops, also called the Residence Workshop Series, usually take place in the evenings.
