Level Up Your Nutrition Campaign

In celebrating the important role that food has on student well-being and success, we are challenging UTM students to Level Up +1 their nutrition by bringing together and showcasing multiple opportunities to engage in helpful discussion and practice around eating well.  

We encourage all students to bring their culture and food traditions to the sessions as we engage in important conversations about what nutrition and well-being looks like around the world. 

How can YOU join the challenge?! 

It’s so easy! For the month of March, attend as many of our Featured Nutrition Sessions/Events as you can. 

  • Students can grab an easy-to-use Power Up Card to track their session attended. Cards are available at the Student Services Hub Hello Desk!
  • Bring the card to be stamped at each session.
  • Cards are available to pick up at the Wellness Den and the Hello Desk within the Student Services Hub (Main Floor of Davis Building).
