Join us for this introductory and psychoeducational workshop providing insights into the characteristics of ADHD. September 29 - Imposter Syndrome

Imposter syndrome is a psychological pattern of self-doubt where individuals, despite evidence of their accomplishments, feel inadequate and fear being exposed as a "fraud". People experiencing imposter syndrome often believe their successes are due to luck or external factors rather than their own skills, and they struggle to internalize their achievements. It's a widespread experience, affecting high-achievers and people of all backgrounds, and can lead to burnout and isolation.

Sleep hygiene refers to healthy habits, behaviors, and environmental factors that promote consistent, high-quality sleep. Good sleep hygiene involves maintaining a regular sleep schedule, creating a dark and quiet sleep environment, limiting exposure to screens before bed, and managing diet, exercise, and caffeine intake. By practicing good sleep hygiene, you can improve your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, contributing to better physical and mental health.
