Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that our appointments are in demand, and in order to maximize availability, we have a cancellation policy: students who fail to keep an appointment (i.e., do not cancel in advance, do not show up, arrive more than 10 mins late for a 30 min appointment or 15 mins late for a one hour appointment) cannot book another appointment for two weeks. If this occurs three times, students will not be able to book an appointment for four months and will have to meet our senior manager to discuss a plan for ensuring future appointments are kept.  If you need to cancel your appointment,  please call us at least 1 business day in advance. Please note that virtual appointments are also available for any type of appointment. Please call for details.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected in this process; we do not share information with others without your written consent unless required by law.
All appointments are private. Students wishing others to be present will first meet with the counsellor/advisor to discuss this request and arrive at a mutually agreed upon solution.
