am I eligible?

If you are an undergraduate student and will/have graduated from UTM June 2018 - June 2020 then you are eligible to apply to this program. We are working with candidates from all disciplines and backgrounds.


how does this program work?

This program is designed to help you transition from the classroom to the workplace through scheduled group work and career coaching. To be eligible for exclusive short-term paid placements, you must travel through the program as a cohort and complete the following 3 components:

1) Introduction to RGOP & Resume and Cover Letter Writing

2) Resume & Cover Letter Writing Working Session

3) Effective Interviews

In addition, you will be invited to participate in mandatory coaching sessions, optional events, and workshops to enhance your overall job search.

While the Career Centre has a limited number of placements and will do its best to offer candidates a work placement, there is no guarantee.
