I am a pro on this UTM topic: Campus tours and student life—especially in helping new students find their place and get involved.

A course you succeeded at/most interesting course you’ve taken at UTM? 

• WRI173 – Creative Non-Fiction with Dr. Guy Allen has been both the most interesting and a course where I’ve found great success.

What is your favourite event you’ve attended at UTM? Orientation Week—it’s full of energy, connection, and excitement, and it really shows the spirit of our campus.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to prospective students about studying at UTM? Take advantage of all the opportunities outside the classroom—clubs, leadership programs, and events will shape your university journey as much as academics.

What are your future aspirations after you graduate? I aspire to build a career that bridges communication, media, and leadership while contributing to inclusive and impactful initiatives in both local and global communities.
