Innovation Complex
The Innovation Complex was completed in 2014. The building is certified LEED Silver. Green features of the building include:

- low-flow plumbing fixtures
- plenty of natural light
- fins on the exterior of the building help to shade glass and building facade, reducing cooling energy use
- efficient lighting
- durable and long-lasting building materials
