The fine print
- Please only post departmental items — no personal items.
- All items are for donation only. Buying or selling is not permitted.
- Before posting an item, please ensure you obtain approval from your department chair or business officer. To help you track what you donate to the Marketplace, complete the Marketplace Donation form
- If an item is valued at $5,000 or more, in addition to departmental approval, you must also obtain University approval via the Capital Asset Disposal form. This ensures we are following the Capital Asset Internal Sale or Disposal Procedure
