Special Consideration Request
Instructions for Missed Term Work/Tests
This request MUST be submitted within 3 days of the missed term work/test. Late requests will NOT be considered. Please declare your absence on ROSI, email your instructor, and complete the online Special Consideration Request form below. This form is only for missed assessments worth more than 10%.
Within the form, provide a brief explanation for not being able to submit or missing term work. No supporting documentation is required at this time if the illness is COVID-related.The department will follow up with you within 72 hours of receiving your request.
This form should only be used for courses offered by the Department of Language Studies.
