Instructions for Missed Term Work/Tests
This request MUST be submitted within 2 days of the missed term work/test. Late requests will NOT be considered. Email your instructor, and complete the online Special Consideration Request form below.
Within the form, provide a brief explanation for not being able to submit or missing term work. The department will follow up with you within 72 hours of receiving your request.
This form should only be used for courses offered by the Department of Language Studies.
This form should not be used for matters requiring submission of a formal petition to the UTM Office of the Registrar: https://www.utm.utoronto.ca/registrar/petitions/type.
