Mail Distribution & Courier Delivery

Undergraduate Students


All mail is distributed through mailboxes located in Oscar Peterson Hall, located on the first floor, behind the lobby. Each resident unit shares a mailbox number with one other person and one mailbox key will be issued per student (at time of check-in). Please provide the correct mailing address to ensure its delivery. Incorrect addresses will be ‘returned to sender’ and not delivered to the recipient. Lost mail keys will be subject to a replacement charge of $25, as will unreturned keys at the time of check-out.

Courier (Delivery Only)


Throughout the year students may require courier service. The Residence Services Desk is happy to sign for packages but takes no responsibility for misplaced or damaged packages. Should a package arrive at the Residence Services Desk, residents will receive notification via a package slip placed in the assigned mailbox, residents are required to provide proof of T-Card in order to pick up parcels. Couriers will not have access to units in Erindale Hall, Roy Ivor Hall, and Oscar Peterson Hall, and will need to come to the Residence Services Desk for delivery. Please make sure that your name and mailbox number are written clearly on your package to ensure it is delivered correctly.
