Application Process

The New RSS Application opens on November 10, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Please see below for the 2-step process that needs to be fully completed by the deadline of January 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM (EST).

1. Complete Step 1: RSS Preference + Personal Reflection & Related Experience Summary (PR & RES)
   • Please ensure you fill out this form to it’s entirety and submit your Personal Reflection & Related Experience Summary for each position you are applying to within the form:

2. Complete Step 2: Vidcruiter Video Application here.
   • The video responses consist of 1 question that every applicant is required to respond to, plus an additional position specific question per position that you are interested in applying to. For example, if you are interested in applying to 1 position, you will be presented with 2 questions (1 general question + 1 position specific question), whereas if you are interested in applying to 3 roles, you will be presented with 4 questions (1 general questions + 3 position specific questions).
   • Please note that once you start this step, you can only return to it via the email that you are sent upon registering with Vidcruiter.
3. Ensure Step 1 and Step 2 are submitted by the deadline (January 9, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST). Late or partial submissions will not be considered.

Next Steps:

1. Successful applicants who are selected to move to the next stage of the interview process will be invited to Carousel for a group interview with multiple stations. Successful applicants will here back by February 9, 2026. Carousel is set to be hosted on between February 23-28, 2026
2. Candidates from Carousel will be contacted regarding their status in mid-March.
