Application Process
The Residence Work Study Application will open on April 6, 2026 and close on April 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The webform will ask you to upload your application (resume and cover letter).

Please keep in mind some administrative requirements:
- Please submit the webform for each individual position you are interested in. For example, if you are interested in 2 positions, you will submit the webform two times- each for their respective positions.
- Please put your resume and cover letter in one document in PDF format.
- Ensure your cover letter indicates which position you are applying for. If it is not indicated, you will not be considered for any position
- If you are applying for the Digital Content Creation Assistant role, please additionally upload your portfolio to the form. Your portfolio should include any relevant work/projects to support your application such as but not limited to: digital art, print art, videos, social media campaigns etc.
