A visit to UTM Residence is the best way to learn more about student housing, gain a feel for the campus and what you can expect from your time living with us! Join us on May 13, 2023 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM to get all of your questions answered about living on campus, as well as learn more about housing and how to make your transition seamless!

In-Person Open House Itinerary
Location: Oscar Peterson Hall & Deerfield Hall (DH)
Information Sessions: Information sessions will run in Deerfield Hall (DH). Currently, two sessions will be available. Each session is the same and spaces are limited, so please register for just one. Students are welcome to bring guests.
- 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Each session will include:
- Information about UTM Residence
- Application information and assistance, with residence admissions staff
- Q&A

Residence Tours: Residence Tours will run from Oscar Peterson Hall every 15 minutes and the following four areas will be shown:
- Oscar Peterson Hall - Traditional Style units
- Erindale Hall - Suite Style Shared Bedroom units
- McLuhan Court - Premium Townhouse Style unit
Tours of MaGrath Valley (Premium Townhouse Style) & Accessibility units will be given upon request.
Residence Experience Fair: Students/guests will be given the opportunity to speak with Residence Coordinators about opportunities & programs offered in Residence, as well as engage in the various activities provided.

The Residence Open House will be in Oscar Peterson Hall, located on the west side of campus. Please click

FREE parking passes will be provided for the P5 lot on the day. Paid visitor parking is located in P4, P8, and P9, which can be found on the campus map provided in the link(s) above. The meters accept coin, Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
